Insurance is something you want to pay for but hope never to use!!
Yes we have it, no we haven’t had to use it.
We are fully insured for our staff and of course our customers. In the worst case, if anything should happen whilst one of our cleaners are with you, you are fully protected for damages, accidents and any other unwanted issues.
We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
All staff come fully equipped with all necessary products required. We have recently made the change to ask you to provide your own hoover and mop for our domestic cleans. This is due to a noticeable increase in family pets - with our staff visiting multiple houses a day we feel this is a necessary change required to combat cross contamination between houses.
Our staff are trained on every chemical provided by us, however if you would prefer them to make use of item/s of choice please talk to your cleaner.
All our staff have a current DBS check for your peace of mind and ours. We also carry out a right to work check and a COSHH (control of substances hazardous to health) training program so they are thoroughly trained on the different types of products required for the work to be carried out.
Our general cancelation policy requires at least 24 hours notice.
We understand things come up from time to time so we will try to accommodate as much as possible for unforeseen circumstances.
We make sure we are always up to date with the government guidelines for working throughout the pandemic, cleaners have continued to remain in the essential workforce and will continue to follow the safety requirements given by the government. All our staff are equipped with hand sanitiser, face masks, relevant PPE and follow the 2 meter rule. Please respect our cleaners requirements when entering your home as we want to be able to continue to provide you with an exceptional and safe service.
